| SINO Credit Management Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SINO Credit”) is a professional commercial credit management consultant company. It is one of the earliest companies specialized in professional enterprise credit management, providing services to local and foreign enterprises including credit investigation, debt management, debt collection, and credit management training.
In 1991, Shenzhen Information Center Information Department, which is a department of Shenzhen Government and the predecessor of SINO Credit, cooperated with Dun & Bradstreet Business Information (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd in enterprise credit investigation and receivable collection, with Wang Cunhong--chairman of the board--as director of the program.
In 1993, Shenzhen SINO Credit Commerce Co., Ltd was established and its services included domestic and overseas receivable collection. Wang Cunhong successively took the post as deputy General Manager and legal representative.
In 1999, the company was renamed “Shenzhen SINO Credit Enterprise Management Consultant Company Ltd” after the privatization process.
